You may recognize Osric Chau, the lead Mr. French Taste, as the young Tibetan monk Nima from Roland Emmerich’s disaster epic 2012.

We recently caught up with this growing international star, who—after travelling throughout Asia—shared what surroundings make him feel the most Canadian (surprise, surprise—everywhere but in Canada).

Throughout the summer, Schema will be asking the cast of Mr. French Taste for their perspective on when they feel the most Canadian, “ethnic”, “blended” and everything in between. Let us know when you feel the most Canadian in the comments below, on our Facebook page, or by twitter to @schema_magazine.
