We are excited to announce that the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) International Convention will be returning to Toronto for the second time on August 8th-10th! NAAAP has extended member prices to all Schema readers for the highly anticipated 3-day leadership experience, which will attract hundreds of professionals, executives and corporate sponsors from 28 NAAAP City Chapters across the United States and Canada. Among the event highlights is a Career & Diversity Expo, which will be free for readers courtesy of Schema Magazine.

The convention will feature 20 breakout sessions on career development, project management, leadership styles, and issues affecting Asian professionals, as well as keynotes by accomplished Asians in business, government, academia, and sports and entertainment. Attendees, whether at the beginning, middle, or apex of their careers, will have frequent opportunities to network with other professionals, business-owners, and employers. In particular, the Career Fair will be a prime opportunity to connect with hiring managers, and jobseekers are encouraged to post resumes in the NAAAP online Career Center prior to the event. Each Convention meal or reception will feature a major speaker, including the Hon. Michael Chong (MP, Wellington-Halton Hills) and Mr. Teja Arboleda, Founder of Entertaining Diversity, Inc.
